Documents and verification
You share your licence and basic documents. A separate verification officer checks them. The team that talks to you cannot approve its own work.
Technical setup
We choose how your availability reaches NidVix (see the options below) and test it with you.
Go live
Your hospital appears to patients once it is verified and set up. You can pause or stop sharing at any time.

Manual entry
Your staff update bed counts in the hospital portal. Shown as manual, with the time of the last update.
Signed push feed
Your system sends updates to a secured NidVix endpoint, signed so that we can verify they came from you.
CSV upload
Upload a spreadsheet export on a schedule that suits you.
Vendor API
Direct connection to your hospital management system. Available only when the vendor provides the documentation and a test environment; ask us about your system.

We collect only what is needed to run the service and tell you what that is.
Credentials you give us are stored encrypted and can never be read back.
Staff see only their own hospital. Every sensitive action is recorded in an audit log.
We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
We do not ask for patient medical records.
