Your request

Request sent

Sent to Sample Hospital. It is not confirmed until the hospital confirms it.

Every figure shows its source and time. Only a fresh figure from the hospital's own system is marked Verified.

How it works

Three steps. You stay in control, and the hospital makes the final decision.

  1. Step 1

    Find

Search hospitals in Indore. Each bed count shows its source and when it was last updated.

  2. Step 2

    Send a request

Choose an OPD appointment or a planned admission and send your request to the hospital.

  3. Step 3

    The hospital confirms

The hospital confirms or declines in its own portal. You see the real status in the app, and we notify you when it changes.

A request is not a booking.

Nothing is confirmed until the hospital confirms it. Until then the app shows your request as pending, never as booked.

What happens after you send a request

You never need to phone the hospital to find out. Each state below is what the app shows you.

  • Request sent

Your request is on its way to the hospital. You will find it under Requests in the app.

  • Waiting for hospital

The hospital has it and will reply from its portal. Nothing is confirmed yet. If it is slow, you can remind the hospital in the app, and we notify you when the status changes.

  • Confirmed by the hospital

The hospital confirmed it. Only now is it a booking. For a confirmed appointment we may send reminders on the channels you turned on.

  • Not accepted

The hospital could not take this request, or did not reply in time. Nothing was booked, and you can send it to another hospital from the app.

Changing your mind

Cancel a request, or ask for a new time, from the app. A change to a confirmed request is also decided by the hospital.

Hospital phone numbers are shown as optional contact details. You do not need them to send a request.

Where the numbers come from

Availability is only useful when you can tell how much to trust it.

What each label means

  • Example

    Verified · ago

Sent by the hospital's own system and updated recently.

  • Example

    Manual · updated ago

Typed in by hospital staff. Shown with the time of the last update.

  • Example

    Out of date · ago

Older than we allow. Shown as the last known value with its time, never as live. Send a request and the hospital confirms what it can offer.

  • Example

    Not verified

We have no figure. We say so instead of guessing.

What we never do

  • Show old, estimated or sample data as live.
  • Fill a gap in a bed count with a guess.
  • Show ratings, reviews or paid placement.
  • Call a request a booking before the hospital confirms it.
